Description

This chair based yoga session is part of the Havant Borough Council Getup and Go programme.

Get Up and Go is funded by Hampshire County Council and provides a range of physical activity opportunities for any Havant or East Hampshire resident aged 18+ who was either vulnerable and shielding through the pandemic, or has a physical or mental health condition.

​We know that physical activity can bring a multitude of physical, mental and social benefits to us all, and Getup and Go Havant try to provide a range of fun activities which utilise and help us appreciate our beautiful local area, and help to make it as enjoyable and easy as possible to be active.
