90 minutes of classical Hatha yoga in the centre of Waterlooville.
Beginning with a short relaxation the practice will include a warmup before the physical asana practice. This part of the class will allow you to connect with your body in the moment and allow you to safely build flexibility and strength. Time for pranayama and meditation is included and the practice ends with a long relaxation allowing space for your body to assimilate the full benefit of your yoga experience.
