What to wear Dilema!
It is perfectly possible to do yoga in a scruffy old tshirt and a pair of trousers or leggings. It is not necessary to spend a fortune on a fancy kit. The most important thing is to be comfortable. Think elasticated waists and stretchy tops. Wear layers as you may get warm during asana practice and will cool down quickly during the relaxation part of the class.
You will need to bring your own mat but if you are new to yoga I can provide one for you to borrow. Just let me know beforehand.
Bring a blanket. This is so useful, folded up it can be used to sit or kneel on and unfolded it keeps you warm during relaxation time.
Yoga blocks and straps are useful tools to help you get more out of your practice. If you have them, bring them! Eye pillows, again great for the end of class. Reusable water bottle.
