Terms of booking

  • Bookings and room preferences will be made in the order that the deposits are received. If final payment is not made by June 7th 2026 you may lose your place as we must commit names and numbers at that point.
  • If a booking is cancelled before June 7th 2026 the deposit is non-refundable.
  • If a booking is cancelled after the final payment is made, and the place can be filled from the waiting list, then the balance payment only may be refunded.

My return of this information confirms that I have read and agree the terms of booking and that I will transfer my deposit of £95 on receipt of bank details from Jo.

I will pay the balance of £200 no later than June 7th 2026.
